Privacy policy

We keep the minimum data needed to run the platform, bill accurately and respond to abuse reports.

What we collect

Account data: email, name, optional company and country
Billing data: payments and wallet transactions (card data stays with our processors)
Usage data: bandwidth totals per service, per day
Security data: sign-in events and administrative actions

What we do not log

We do not retain the URLs you request or the contents of your proxy traffic. Aggregate bandwidth counters are what billing runs on.

Retention

Usage records are kept for 12 months, financial records for as long as tax law requires, and audit logs for 24 months. Deleting your account removes credentials immediately.

Your rights

You can request an export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@anonproxy.net.
