Refund policy

Proxy bandwidth is consumed instantly, so refunds are limited — but we do not keep money for a service that never worked.

Eligible

Provisioning failed and we could not deliver working credentials
Duplicate payment for the same order
Untouched bandwidth reported within 24 hours of purchase (under 100 MB used)

Not eligible

Bandwidth already consumed
A specific target blocking our IPs
Static IPs after the first 48 hours of the month
Accounts suspended for acceptable use breaches

How to request

Open a ticket from your dashboard with the order id. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or to your wallet instantly if you prefer.
