Terms of service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable; where they are ambiguous, the acceptable use policy governs.

1. Your account

You are responsible for everything done with your credentials. Keep them secret, rotate them if exposed, and do not resell access without a written agreement with us.

2. Balances and billing

Prices are quoted per gigabyte or per static IP per month and are calculated on our servers at the moment of purchase. Wallet balances are prepaid credit, are not legal tender, and carry no interest.

3. Service levels

We target 99.9% gateway availability. Individual exit nodes are shared infrastructure and may fail; retry logic on your side is expected.

4. Suspension

We may suspend an account immediately for activity that breaches the acceptable use policy, for chargebacks, or where we are compelled by law.

5. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for lost profits or data.
